Bean sprouts– are known for harboring the e-coli, salmonella and the listeria bacteria, therefor should be handled with care while preparing.

Unpasteurized milk– is likely to contain the e coli, salmonella and listeria bacteria, it’s best to consume packaged milk.

Leafy greens– spinach, lettuce and cabbage if not washed properly may result in contracting the e coli, Noro virus and salmonella.

Potato leaf– try never to eat green raw potatoes or drink potato leaf tea because they are poisonous.

Uncooked eggs– may contain salmonella bacteria which leads to gastroenteritis.

Raw bitter almonds– are full of cynide, it must be cooked to a certain degree to meet safety guidelines therefore it’s best if you try sticking with the ones at your local grocery store.
