- 1 Ginger root (grated) or 1 teaspoon organic ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- 2 Lemon 1 squeezed & 1 sliced
- 1 Liter of water
Boil ginger and let cool add turmeric and strain, add the rest of the ingredients Mix well, drink warm for best results
Mix water, grated ginger, squeezed lemon and turmeric, let sit for 10 minutes, stir and strain to remove pieces of ginger and turmeric, add slices of lemon and let cool in fridge.
